The Denver International Wine Competition is the premier international wine competition in the Rockies.

The 4th annual Denver Wine Competition will be held September 13 & 14, 2008 in Denver, Colorado. Wineries may submit wines from June 1 to August 18, 2008.

The competition is conducted privately and only open to the judges and select media. Judges will award medals to the top three wines in more than 45 categories.

The Denver International Wine Competition would like to thank the 2007 participating wineries, judges, sponsors and volunteers for all of their support!

The 2007 Denver International Wine Competition received an overwhelming increase in wine entrees. The competition was conducted September 15 & 16, 2007. The competition is "double blind" and requires thorough calculations.

4TH ANNUAL DENVER INTERNATIONAL WINE FESTIVAL MOVES TO UNIVERSITY OF DENVER, Oct. 29 to Nov. 1, 2008
Denver, Colorado, Wine Country Network, the publishers of Wine Country International magazine, have announced that they will hold the 4th Annual Denver International Wine Festival at The University of Denver School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management (HRTM), part of the Daniels College of Business.

The 2008 DIWF expands to a three-day international celebration of wine and cuisine. The festival will take place during the first week of November, which coincides with Denver Wine Week, as proclaimed by Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper.
