The Denver International
Wine Competition blind tasting will be held on September 17 &
18, 2011. The tasting is private and only open to our judges,
staff and select members of the news media. The Denver International
Wine Competition is the premier international wine competition
in the Rockies. Wines are tasted “blind” by our distinguished
panel of judges including nationally known wine columnists, wine critics,
retailers, food & beverage directors, wine industry members and experienced
sommeliers.

Entry Forms Must Be Faxed By this Friday 9-2-2011
Official entry forms and submission guidelines are now posted for download on this website. Wineries & Distributors are encouraged to submit wines now! Wines that are received after the deadline date of 9- 9-2011, WILL NOT QUALIFY for entry and WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
International Wineries:
International wine producers must have a US Importer in order to submit wines. The Denver International Wine Festival and it's parent company are not licensed to import wines.
Since your wine submittals to the competition are not for sale, you must mark all cartons "NO CHARGE SAMPLES".
If your US importer is located outside of the state of Colorado, they can forward your wine entries via UPS or FED EX.
